WELCOME TO the allison burton photography blog. I'm A timeless, vibrant photographer who loves movement.

You ever meet a family/friend and then you quickly realize how parallel your lives are…that’s my family’s relationship with the Rivera’s. You see, Juan and my husband Jamie work in the same field within the Army…and oddly enough we keep ending up in the same place at the same time. (The Army is very small like that) Even better, all of the adults are friends and our kids have so much fun together!
Juan and Shay moved to Germany a year before we did and they were the first people we met up with once we arrived. It was so nice to see people we knew in a foreign country. From minute one, their sons and our son became fast friends…and our daughter tagged right along with them through every nerf fight she could get herself into.
I had so much fun photographing this family…and I think that shows throughout their images. These two boys are silly and rambunctious but also very sweet. I love when families forget I’m there and enjoy their children’s personalities. This enables me to capture genuine love and adoration.
Like I’ve said before…parents HAVE to HAVE pictures of just them! How stinking cute are these two!? I adore when parents remember that they were parents first and embrace the fact that they’re allowed to be in a photo alone again. Also, can we just talk for a minute about this location…it’s one of my favorites! Just look at that view…could it be any better?!? Rolling hills, and a castle…yes please!
Two boys in a turret, it doesn’t get much better than that for me! These brothers always have a good time when they’re together.
The options we had to work with were never-ending at this place! It never failed to be amazing!
I thoroughly enjoyed capturing this season for this amazing family.
These photos are absolutely stunning. I love them all and the photos turned out good too!
